Eagle Springs Memory Care We provide compassionate care for our residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Our commitment to exceptional service is evident in our carefully crafted approach to care, engaging activities, and comforting environment. Eagle Springs Memory Care, located in the heart of College Place, is nestled in the graceful foothills of the Blue Mountains. College Avenue, the main street running from Heritage Road to the Milton-Freewater Highway (WA Route 125), is close by, as well as the College Place Health Clinic and Walla Walla General Hospital.
