Something interesting is happening right now đź‘€

There’s free enrollment on at the moment, and this just expanded into Europe — which tells me this isn’t a flash-in-the-pan thing. It’s growing… steadily 🌍

Hey 👋 I’m Kirsty — boy mom, horse person, midlife woman who started asking better questions about how I use my time and energy.

I run a side income from my phone, but not in the way you might be thinking.

You need smarter swaps.

This is a Snickers-inspired protein yogurt bowl that actually keeps you full not deprived.

Why this works 👇
Protein slows digestion, stabilizes blood sugar, and helps curb cravings later in the day. When you pair protein with a little fat and carbs, your body stays satisfied instead of constantly asking for more.

Recipe

Base
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• Splash of milk (just enough to mix)

Caramel layer
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1–2 tsp milk

Chocolate top
• 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
• 1 oz dark chocolate (melted)

Mix the base. Add the caramel layer. Melt chocolate + peanuts and drizzle on top. Chill and enjoy.

Protein tidbit:
Most women feel better aiming for 25–35g of protein per meal. It’s not about eating less it’s about eating smarter so your body feels supported.
