Monica the Green Leafy Mom I'm on a mission to make health easy using DoTERRA essential oils. Their testing and purity make them lifesavers for families. I only use DoTERRA.

Join me for education, options + support as we take your power back✨ I’m Monica, wife and mom of four young kids aged 14, 12, 9 and 7. Before I used the oils my kids were sick ALL THE TIME. I felt scared and helpless and got pushed around by doctors. It was a really hard time and I hated watching the little ones struggle. But a friend showed me the oils🙏

Now I’m confident about our health! If we

have a discomfort I know what to do. It never spirals into a nightmare anymore and we thrive. I have a box of oils and a book and so I can handle anything! Now I pay it forward by helping others. I really did my research and DoTERRA goes far beyond any other company in terms of purity, sourcing and testing. There’s no competition. Outstanding sourcing is everything. Essential oils are made by plants in order to help them survive. They are antibacterial, antiviral and anti fungal molecules that contain very unique and precious chemistry. They are steam distilled or cold pressed from seeds, bark, roots, flowers and resin or he plant. This produces tiny, natural fat-soluble molecules that can easily move through our cell walls and are very well absorbed. Once inside the cell they destroy both bacteria and viruses while supporting cell function. When inhaled they affect our limbic brain which controls mood, memory, hormones and instincts. For example, the smell of roses or chocolate chip cookies evokes involuntary feelings and memories. We can use oils to calm anxious feelings, relax, find peace, sharpen focus etc… pretty amazing! Plant based medicine was all we had before about 1920 when pharmaceuticals entered the scene. Since herbs and oils can't be patented, they aren't lucrative enough to be developed and marketed. So you won't see these on tv. I love how I can be my own health expert and use my toolbox of oils at home!

Here’s how to know if it’s a menopause issue or metabolism. So many women are trying to fix the wrong root cause and they go nowhere with supplements and hormone treatments. Drop a line for the fr ee masterclass and see what I show my clients

Powerful help for undoing oxidative damage to cells. Myrrh is super easy to take 2 drops under the tongue daily. Clove is pretty spicy but can be made into a capsule and taken with water.

Restaurants and Starbucks don’t have to be a seed oil trap- I love knowing the best options to keep hormones and insulin in check ✅

I’ve been hearing a lot of conversations about perimenopause lately.
Sleep changes. Stress hits harder. Moods shift quickly. Your body just feels… off.

Perimenopause asks for a different kind of care than what worked before.

Let's not make this harder. Check out the graphic for gentle ways to support this season.

It’s not menopause that’s messing you up it’s probably toxic exposure. Here’s what’s giving those symptoms

I love citronella and neroli for aggression in kids because of their chemistry. One of the most powerful ways to correct aggression is by using aldehydes⬇️⬇️

An aldehyde is an organic compound that contains a carbonyl group (C=O) with at least one hydrogen atom attached to the carbon. The general structure of an aldehyde is R-CHO, where "R" can be any alkyl or aryl group, and "CHO" refers to the aldehyde group itself.

Regarding aggression, some studies suggest that certain aldehydes or chemicals with aldehyde groups may influence mood and behavior. For example:

1. Acetaldehyde is a type of aldehyde that is produced when the body metabolizes alcohol. It has been implicated in the development of aggression in some individuals, as it can affect the central nervous system. However, it is more often associated with negative effects, such as hangovers, rather than therapeutic use to manage aggression.

2. Oxytocin and dopamine—which are not aldehydes themselves but are influenced by aldehyde-related pathways—play roles in regulating emotions like aggression. Some aldehyde derivatives may indirectly modulate these pathways, potentially helping to reduce aggressive behavior in certain contexts.

There’s a couple oils I like even better than Neroli and citronella for this- anyone need the EO chemistry guide to help pinpoint the behaviors and oils to help? 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️

A little about me 🙌 As a mom of 4 littles and doTERRA Founder 2.0 I’m so inspired to make a healthier future for 10,000 families with the oils. Before dōTERRA I had insurmountable health issues and my family was sick all the time. I had enough of a questioning spirit to know we weren’t supposed to live with ever worsening conditions. I had also previously walked away from my career to be a mom with no idea that it was possible to step outside of the hourly employee model. What was your wake up call with natural medicine?
