So blessed to work as a licensed therapist for Headspace. To support families as they rebuild, Headspace is offering free access to their app for those located in Los Angeles County through July 31, 2025*.

Headspace knows that mental health challenges can arise in the months following a disaster like this, and they hope these tools and resources can offer even a small sense of comfort as families collectively cope and move forward together.

Whether or not you were directly impacted by the wildfires, please know you’re not alone — it’s natural to feel overwhelmed by the weight of events like these. Take time to mourn. Allow yourself to grieve. Then, when you feel ready to, seek out glimmers of hope.
