I created the ARVAmethod to make holistic health and fitness accessible and sustainable. ARVA stands for Activate, Restore, Vitalize, Attain; the four pillars that make up the foundation for a lifetime of good health and disease prevention. By building your lifestyle around these pillars, you can learn how to live the kind of life that gives you more choices and fewer obstacles, better health, and less health management, better fitness, and less injury.
Holistic health is about living well and pursuing meaningful experiences. I want to teach you how to trust your body and explore all that is possible when you learn how to follow your intuition. There is nothing beyond your reach when you know how to create a plan for success and build a strategy around your vision.

How I Started
I have been drawn to healing arts and science all my life. I had an unconventional childhood growing up in a community of artists, activists, and healers. My mother, who is a musician and teacher was disabled by the chronic autoimmune condition called Lyme’s Disease. I saw how she struggled with the health care system and wanted to find a way to help. As a child, I began seeking out mentors who taught me about plant medicine, aromatherapy, energy work, and spirituality. Along with my early introduction to natural medicine, I focused my education on biological sciences and then on holistic health and fitness.
Since 2005, I have worked with thousands of people looking for solutions to their health and fitness challenges. I have worked in physical therapy, sports performance, clinical pain management, weight loss and management, the luxury spa industry, and private practice. In each case, I have found that it is the small daily practices that make the most difference, that consistency over time yields the greatest results, and that following your intuition is where you will find the answers you seek.
