"At some point you gotta be real with yourself about the gap between the life that you want to live, and the life that your daily habits are leading towards." Michell C Clark

I found a wonderful quote that has inspired me and some of my Inner BlindSpot Work. Brainspotting providers, I invite you to try this if you find it helpful. The first brainspot is the life you envision or desire, choose an aspect of this vision, locate the somatic sensations, and find a relevant eye position. Next, find a habit that is moving you away from the life you want, using the frustrating outcomes of that habit to locate the somatic sensations, and find a relevant eye position. Allow yourself to mindfully process between the two eye positions. Optional add ins are the eye position for the gap itself and the eye position for an internal capacity that you need to address this blindspot. Here's to your brainspotting!
