Yoga Wellness Let us bring Yoga, Meditation, Reiki and Sound Baths to you or your special event! We'll be in the community offering fun events and workshops!

We are Wellness Retreat Facilitators offering group destination get-aways as well as small private retreats for your exclusive party! Yoga Wellness is about community...about connecting with other like-minded people, coming together to be our best selves, mind, body, and soul. We love to host Destination Yoga and Wellness Retreats offering various styles and levels of yoga, meditation and pranayam

a, along with plant-based meals and recipes! We can bring yoga, meditation or Reiki to your special event, place of work, or group gathering. We also offer private or semi-private sessions for individuals focused on specific needs. My goal as owner/instructor, is to lead us into peace, stress relief, balance, confidence, strength, and mindfulness while having some fun together! Namaste!

~Private Yoga Individual...$60 per 1 hour session or $200 per 4 sessions
~Semi Private Yoga...$60 plus $15 per each additional person for one session or $200 plus $60 per each additional person for 4 sessions
~Private Group Yoga...$150 for 1 hour

Feeling grateful to all who joined us for our Spring Reset wellness retreat at The Event Vault Urbana !

Many thanks to Stephanie and Mark for welcoming our event to their beautiful space!

My friend Leslie Dworkin lead us in an uplifting practice of Qi Gong-thank you Leslie🙏🏻

A much appreciated addition to this event was Therapeutic Touch with Jessica Green😌

We were also grateful to provide mushrooms teas from Eco Joe’s out of West Liberty!

We were so relaxed and immersed in our healing journey that we didn’t think to take a group photo, but we enjoyed new connections with beautiful souls😌🙏🏻

The Lion's Gate Portal is a period of heightened energy from July 28th-August 12th peaking on August 8th. During this time, the Sun in Leo aligns with the star Sirius, Orion's Belt, and Earth. It is believed to allow for increased manifestation and spiritual growth. Outdoor meditation at sunset is recommended to connect with this energy!

The Full Sturgeon Moon may also be visible to us just a few days early!
