As the owner of both Markovitz Medical, our insurance-accepting practice, and Awaken Alternatives, our self-pay solution, I am passionate about providing exceptional care. My commitment to health and wellness has grown even more personal as I, along with my loved ones, have navigated various health challenges. I am thrilled to offer these alternative therapies locally, eliminating the need for long commutes to access specialized care. Our current offerings are just the beginning, and we aspire to expand our services to benefit our community further. I believe in the harmony of Western medicine and alternative therapies in our wellness journey. My diverse training allows me to better serve and support you in achieving your health goals. Our treatments are safe and effective for most individuals, but we'll work together to create a customized plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. 📣 Important Update from Awaken Alternatives

Dear patients and community,

As we continue evolving to meet your wellness needs, we want to share an important transition:

Our physical office will officially close November30, 2025. During November, we will offer limited in-person hours on Tuesdays only through 11/30/25.

Beginning in December, we will shift to Virtual Services only.

All current patient services and prepaid packages will remain active and for those of you not already doing virtual visits you will be transitioned to virtual follow-up appointments.

If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to call the office at 937-653-1001.
