Feeling Good🩷🩷

Stepped out of my comfort zone tonight and taught class in my sports bra tonight.

To some of you this is not a huge deal but for me this was a pivotal point in my career as an instructor. I have always hidden behind baggy shirts or been to afraid to just take let me fears go and take that leap. Only took me 15 long years but HERE I AM!!!

I have decided this year to not judge that woman that I see in the mirror looking back at me , and just to embrace my body that I have. I am going to embrace every flaw and curve that is part of me and be proud .

Be proud of your body, love yourself as you are, embrace those flaws. We are all built differently for a reason and that is what makes us all special in our own unique ways.

I felt so free and alive tonight and it felt so damn good

This is your sign to just do it, don’t let those little voices in your head hold you back . You never know who you are inspiring and who is looking up to you for that inspiration.

This is your sign to be YOU and ENJOY your life as you only get one!!

Hit another non scale victory this morning as I put on my scrubs this morning..

After 5-6 months of dialing in on my nutrition and pushing myself harder in my workouts and really getting focused on my mindset I finally was able to go down another size in those scrubs..

It is amazing what those non scale victories can do for you mentally.. it isn’t about necessarily how I look but it helps that confidence game so much. I carry myself a different way and hold my head just a little bit higher, knowing that once I put my mind to it I can accomplish hard things.

I have set some big goals for myself not only physically but mentally as well. You have to remember that mental health has to be one of your top priorities as well.

I also would not have accomplished where I have gotten this far without the help of my community and family at .. becoming a personal trainer here has opened a door to endless possibilities!

Keep working hard and reaching for those stars. You have the whole world open to you
