Results from my second model for the “Natural Lip Shape” Swedish Lip Technique 💉

This client had naturally shaped lips but wanted to improve:
• concavities
• mild asymmetry
• definition
• more volume while still looking natural

Using the Swedish Lip technique, we were able to add volume while maintaining a soft, balanced, naturally shaped lip.

The goal with this technique isn’t just to make lips bigger, it’s to create structure, symmetry, and natural-looking volume that complements the face.

Temple filler is one of the MOST overlooked areas in full facial rejuvenation… and one of the most important.

When the temples hollow, it creates:
• Shadowing
• A skeletonized / aged appearance
• Loss of upper face support (affecting brows + cheeks)

✨ Restoring this area = softer, more youthful, balanced facial contours

This isn’t a “one technique fits all” treatment.

For deeper hollowing → I place product directly on bone with a needle for structural support
Then refine + blend with cannula for safety and smooth integration

For mild hollowing → cannula-only placement for a softer, diffused result

In this case: both needle + cannula were used for optimal structure + blending

✨ My FIRST Swedish Lip on an M-Shaped Lip Model… and I am THRILLED with these results ✨

M-shaped lips are widely known as one of the most challenging lip anatomies to treat - but with the right strategy and product selection, beautiful natural correction is absolutely achievable. 🙌

Using a cannula approach, I was able to fully correct her M-shaped lip pattern while maintaining a soft, natural appearance with zero forward projection.

🔬 Technique + Product Strategy:

• Medium-high G′ filler placed in the anterior compartments of the upper and lower lip to build internal support and structure
• Marionette lines softened for improved lower face harmony
• High G′ filler strategically placed in the lateral posterior compartment of the upper lip for lift and lateral support to roll the lateral lip outward for more show.
• Low G′ filler placed in the cutaneous lip area to smooth lateral lines and correct hollow indentations above the lip
