“Stuck.”

Maybe it’s the exhaustion of pushing harder, doing more, chasing chasing chasing—yet feeling like you’re running on empty. Maybe it’s the pain and stress that weighs heavier than ever, the burnout creeping in, or the frustration of watching your body struggle while your mind still remembers what it used to be capable of.

You’re driven. You push through pain. You’ve built a life of achievement, but at what cost? When was the last time you felt good—energized, strong, pain-free?

We don’t talk enough about this feeling—the fear that maybe this is just how it is now. That the aches, fatigue, and stress are just the price of living. That someday you’ll slow down and take care of yourself.

But that’s a lie.

The real danger isn’t the pain, frustration, long hours or the relentless pace—it’s losing yourself in it. It’s sacrificing your health for success, only to realize that without your health, success means nothing. Your body isn’t an afterthought. It’s the foundation of everything—your energy, your confidence, your ability to lead, perform, and show up for the people who matter most.

If you don’t protect it, nothing else matters.

Reframe. Shift the focus. Take Action.

The truth about rehab.

It’s hard, but it is also incredibly rewarding.

Maybe you’re a runner battling stress fractures or tendon pain, and the process can feel slow and frustrating.

We often think recovery will be a straight line, but it’s anything but. Rehab is a journey full of highs and lows. There will be setbacks. You will get frustrated.

You might have an amazing week, only to face a flare-up, then bounce back again.

It’s easy to get discouraged when progress stalls, and life can throw you off track.

BUT If you’re willing to ride the waves, and commit to the process, you will improve.

Rehab is always worth it, and progress is always possible.

If you need help along the way, DM me “REHAB” to get the journey started.

You deserve it.

The Plain Truth About Rehab (If you dare read it) -

It’s really hard! (For you, your therapist, and everyone who cares about you.) Hurt does not always mean harm. You will need to make actual changes. These changes may involve modifying your activities and/or taking steps to improve your general health.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve done something similar to this.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve fallen short on sleep, skipped breakfast, and drove to the gym and skipped the workout, just because I was excited to get the workout done.

Just to come home, get in the sauna, hop in the cold plunge, and sit in front of the red light.

In the moment I felt fine. But 4 days later? I was exhausted, foggy, sore, and irritable.

The result? The next few workouts were even worse and my body ached more than ever before.

When I didn’t prioritize the MAJOR things for recovery, the thing I want to be great actually took a hit.

MINORS:
- cold plunge
- sauna
- supplements
- red lights
- new shoes

MAJORS:
- Sleep
- Nutrition
- Exercise
- Stress Management

The major things aren’t “sexy”. But they make the greatest impact.

Let’s make 2025 a year of MAJORING in the MAJORS.

2024 marked my 4th year as a business owner, and every year I make mistakes, learn new lessons, and become a little different version of myself.

Some parts of me stay the same, while other areas of my life grow in ways I could have never imagined.

As I step into 2025, the biggest lesson I’m carrying with me is learning to be more of “me”.

This year will be about leaning into authenticity—having more authentic conversations, posting more authentic content, and building an authentic community of people around me.

2025 has some incredible things in store, and I can’t wait to bring you all along.

The best time to have the map is before you enter the woods.

Imagine heading out on a hike without a map—you’re confident at first, but then the trails twist, the sun sets, and you realize you’re lost.

Pain, injury, and rehab can feel the exact same way.

It starts with a small ache, but without a plan, it spirals into frustration, confusion, and setbacks.

You try to rest, hoping it’ll go away.

You take advice from the 13th YouTube video you’ve watched on the topic, yet it doesn’t change.

You ask friends who had a “similar” pain, yet their advice made things worse.

You’re searching for a destination without a map.

But here’s the thing, you don’t have to navigate pain blindly.

I can give you a clear map—one that guides you through recovery, strengthens your body, and mitigates future injuries.

Whether you’re local or somewhere else in the world, You just have to take the first step.

Don’t wait until you’re lost in the woods.

DM me “MAP” and let’s create a clear path to success.

[Separating yourself from the outcome] + ? = Progress

As a former athlete, I used to live and die by results. To some extent, I still do in both life and business.

Every lift, every meeting, every mile—it all felt like a reflection of who I was. If the outcome wasn’t what I wanted, it was hard not to feel like I’d failed.

I’ve learned that patients feel this too. So here’s a story about a patient I recently worked with. For the sake of the story, let’s call him Jim.

Jim is an avid runner, he loves CrossFit, and he also loves to ride his bike. A little over 4 months ago he started to notice pain in his Achilles. So he did what any normal person would do, he stopped doing the things that aggravated it (maybe your doctor has even told you to do this).

The problem? The things he stopped doing were also the things that gave him the most joy.

For weeks he rested, only to find no relief. Frustrated and discouraged, he ended up getting my name from someone at a local coffee shop and scheduled a call.

Fast forward to his 3rd visit, I could tell he was upset and frustrated with the lack of progress.

We sat down and had a conversation for 40 minutes. I could see the fear in his eyes when he asked, “Will this ever get better?”.

My response gave him a new perspective. And that’s when everything changed.

“Separate yourself from the outcome, and attach yourself to the action”.

Once he stopped measuring his success on the improvement of pain, he was able to zoom out and see the progress he was actually making.

He committed to action. He committed to the plan. He trusted the process. And guess what happened?

10 weeks later he is running again, pain free.

The secret is this:

[Separating yourself from the outcome] + [attaching yourself to action]= Progress.

Maybe you feel frustrated just like Jim. Rest isn’t working, and you’re finally ready to make a change.

If this is you, let’s connect. DM me “COMMIT”. Let’s make progress, just like Jim.
