People always ask how often they should get therapeutic massage my answer is every 3-4 weeks unless you are dealing with chronic pain.
If your pain is chronic which means you have had the same pain for 3 months or longer then I recommend weekly and we slowly try to get your pain manageable so we can get you to the 3-4 weeks maintenance.
It is funny how people maintain a car that can be replaced, but refuse to maintain the one body that god gave them.
