For those who are new here — welcome! I’m Paige, the heart and hands behind 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 & 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀.

My journey into the wellness space didn’t start with facials. It began 𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗼 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘁, learning how the body holds stress, how the nervous system responds to touch and how intentional care can support true healing.

On 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟳𝘁𝗵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮, I took the next step and began esthetics school, expanding that knowledge into the world of skin health.

Today marks 𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗠𝗧 and looking back I feel incredibly grateful for the journey that led me here.

Massage therapy was where it all began — learning how the body holds tension, how touch can calm the nervous system and how intentional care can help people reconnect with themselves.
