✨ What a beautiful and amazing weekend we’ve just shared! Our hearts are full, our spirits are fed, and the memories made will last a lifetime 💖

As we begin to head home, here are a few important updates & reminders to help us wrap up this magical weekend:

⛺ Loaner Gear Return
If you borrowed any camping gear, please return it to the registration table by 9:30–10:00 AM!

🚌 Newcomer Bus Departure
Newcomers, please be at the bus and ready to roll by 10:30–10:45 AM for departure!

👚 Merchandise & Pre-Registration Pickup
Items will be available for pickup at the Vallejo BBQ and AREA for Napa/Solano.
We will not be handing these out tomorrow (Sunday) we’d love to personally give them to the women who registered 💌 (We apologize for any confusion!)

🗑️ Clean-Up Reminder
Let’s leave this space even more beautiful than we found it. Please help by picking up after yourselves and one another 🌿✨

🚙 Loading & Unloading
As we pack up, please be extra mindful of our neighbors and the flow of traffic as we exit the facility 💛

📦 Lost & Found
If you find something—or have lost something—please bring it to the registration table or hand it to any committee member (look for the big retreat badges!)

🔊 ATTENTION LADIES! 💚
We are thrilled to announce that your NSWSR Committee has extended a special invitation to every Newcomer to join us at the retreat — and we’re even sponsoring their transportation to ensure they can be part of this amazing weekend!
🙌 The committee is working hard behind the scenes to make sure these women have everything they need to enjoy themselves. Now, we need your help!
🚌 Our Newcomers will be traveling by bus, and due to limited space, they’re bringing only the essentials. We’ve assured them that once they arrive, they’ll be supported with food, care, and community.
💫 Because they are such a vital and valued part of our retreat, we’re asking every lady attending to wrap them in love and support throughout the weekend.
To help you recognize them, Newcomers will be wearing neon green bracelets. Your mission:
✨ Invite them to your campsite for mealtime
✨ Fellowship with them
✨ Feed them
✨ Love on them
✨ Make them feel truly welcome

Together, let’s make this a retreat they’ll never forget. 💕

Friendly Reminder!
🏕️ Registration and camp check-in begins at 2:00 PM or later on FRIDAY, July 18th.

We kindly ask that no one arrives early, as this is the official start time approved by the facility. Please help us respect their request.

🚙 Parking is limited, so we strongly encourage carpooling whenever possible.

Stay tuned—we’ll be sharing a Newcomer Needs post soon! We’re excited to welcome several newcomers this year and may be reaching out for help with a few items. Keep an eye out for updates!

The Napa Solano Women’s Spiritual Retreat is a paid event with a registration fee of $60 per person, regardless of length of stay, NO DAY PASSES
All attendees must register!!

Please note, this retreat is structured as a continuous, immersive experience, and in alignment with our agreement with the facility, day-use access is not allowed.

Registration will be onsite at the event as online registration is closed!!
