Just wrapped up an incredible few days at APA 2025 in Denver 🏔️✨ and I’m heading home with a heart full of inspiration (and maybe a little dog hair 🐾).

It’s not about how many friends you have—it’s about how safe, understood, and supported you feel in those relationships.

🍫 We’re not here to shame your cravings. Junk food often shows up when we’re stressed, tired, or in need of comfort—and that’s human.
But there’s a powerful middle ground: “natural junk food”—treats that feel indulgent and support your health.

✨ Some feel-good swaps that still hit the spot:
🥭 Frozen mango or dark chocolate-covered strawberries = sweet, mood-lifting, and full of antioxidants
🍿 Popcorn with olive oil & sea salt = crunchy, comforting, and full of fiber
