Who knew? If you have done a pick up, you’ve probably seen my front yard is a garden! Not many people know it started as bonding activity when my grandma lived with my family (gah-I miss her so). Now many year later, my babies are learning the love of having their hands in dirt! Several things that grow in this garden are used in our fire cider and elderberry! We believe in using what we have! Lemons, rosemary, habaneros, lavender, all from the yard and are never sprayed with any thing. Also, my most favorite food and these tiny-soon to be 8 feet long-watermelon plants.

Fun fact about me! I love coffee, but I’m sensitive to caffeine! Decaf coffee still affects me. I stopped drinking coffee in 2009, until my second child was born! He drove me back to my happy bean juice! It’s been 3 years of drinking coffee and in dec (14th to be exact), I quit again. Well this week has been a few sleepless nights with a 3.5 yr old. I have had coffee for 3 days straight. Today, day 3, I’m having heartburn like no other. So I reach for my fire cider and 5 minutes later-heart burn is gone! This stuff is great for my gut health!
