Soft tissue mobilization following traumatic and or overuse injury AND for healthy athletes training who want to maintain optimal mobility and recovery time - based in the Vail Valley.

I can travel to you as well if necessary especially for rehab once you're cleared for physical therapy.

Random but aren't I always!?

Having some weird nausea today so looked up acupressure point and found this link from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Located and pressed on the point, burped and now I feel great! hehe in case this can help someone else

This information explains how to use acupressure (AK-yoo-PREH-sher) to help with nausea and prevent vomiting. Nausea is feeling like you’re going to throw up. Vomiting is throwing up.
