[02/11/19]   “The joy of the Lord is your strength.” -Neh. 8:10

John Maxwell said that a good attitude is like a secret weapon. The problem with most of us is that we keep waiting for circumstances to change and then we think we will have a better attitude. But just the opposite is true: our attitude needs to change before circumstances will. Joy gives us the strength to make circumstances better. So, what can we do to have joy? One powerful way is GRATITUDE. Give thanks for everything you can think of. Start a Gratitude Journal, listing at least three items each day. Review your list often. Focus on the good. When you do that, you will have joy. Then you will go from victory to victory. -Jim

[02/10/19]   Before you go to sleep, run over your personal world mentally and thank God for everyone and everything. Count your blessings; name them one by one. Then say to yourself, “God watches over me, over my house, over all my loved ones.” Then go to sleep in peace.

[01/13/19]   "Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you." - Jesus
