As the holiday season is upon us, it can be hard to push away the plate and monitor your cholesterol and sodium intake. If you haven't already, schedule your annual check-up! ❤️
You should have your cholesterol checked at least every 4 to 6 years starting at age 20, more often if you have a high risk of heart disease. And maybe skip the ice cream sundaes for dinner.
