We updated our website! pnhvale.org! Under the "Community" tab is our donation page to Friends of Pioneer Place. We have a couple of projects listed there that we are requesting donations for, and we added progress bars to show how much has been donated to each project and how much we have left to reach our goals! Check it out!

Pioneer Place offers Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living services to rural Eastern Oregon communities.

We took a trip to the zoo on Thursday. The residents thoroughly enjoyed themselves and so did our Volunteer's. A very special thank you to Francisco Torres, Jorge, April and her family (Oregon Trails Baptist Church) for helping us on our trip.

The State Of Oregon Survey Team visited us this week! They exited and we were issued only 1 Ftag! The survey team told us they fight over who gets to visit our building because they love coming here! I want to give a shoutout to our team for being awesome! It takes a lot of effort and dedication to only be issued 1 Ftag/citation! Oregon issues an average of 10.5 citations per visit at each site. The US average is 9.5 citations per visit!

Our final award of the year goes to Francisco Torres. It’s our honor to have Francisco at Pioneer Place! He earned the award by covering shifts open shifts on the Skilled and Assisted Living side! He is also trains all our new CNA employees! His service to our residents and patients is unmatched and we are truly blessed to have him with us! He deserves the “Appreciation Award”!
