Our final award of the year goes to Francisco Torres. It’s our honor to have Francisco at Pioneer Place! He earned the award by covering shifts open shifts on the Skilled and Assisted Living side! He is also trains all our new CNA employees! His service to our residents and patients is unmatched and we are truly blessed to have him with us! He deserves the “Appreciation Award”!

A huge shoutout to everyone who participated today in our full-scale fire and evacuation drill. Thank you to the Vale Fire and Ambulance, to Todd Fuller, our City Manager, Tabetha Daugherty from Oregon Emergency Management, and the Mahleur County Sheriff's Department. Also, a big shout-out to our residents, families, and team members. Everyone did a great job! We conduct these drills so we can improve our processes and procedures to serve our residents better. Thank you all very much, it is great being a part of a community that cares so much!
