I have been an Independent Consultant with Arbonne International since December 2010. I have been blessed beyond measure by this business and it is my desire to help as many people as I possibly can with their health! Start of day #1
New products arrived yesterday. Couldn’t wait and I tried a couple. Made a chocolate smoothie 👍🏻 and a raspberry fizz/detox tea combo 🙌🏻 over ice in my Stanley for the afternoon. Stayed satisfied and wasn’t tired for the last half of the work day.

Ahhhhh!!! I LOVE WHAT KENDRA SAYS...”give up good for GREAT”!!!!

Kendra crushed her goals & you can too. She is a busy mom of 3, a hard working nurse and had every reason to wait, but instead of using excuses she used those as her reasons “WHY”

“There will always be a reason to give up on your health journey.
Sometimes you have to give up good for great. For 6 months, I did things a little different. I ate a little different than my family. I didn’t partake in certain social events or eat cake at a birthday party. I knew what I wanted MOST. More than that cake.... what I wanted was to prove that an overweight, busy momma could do something like this!”

I spent SO many days feeling awful & unhappy. I prayed for a change. I opened my eyes to what was in front of me. I took a chance & committed to following the plan.
—I eat every 2-3 hours
—I drink my water
—I work daily on changing my mindset
—I lean on my health coach
