Yes! To***co-related public health measures should be focused on preventing youth from starting smoking, va**ng or chewing ni****ne products. In Oregon, SB 587 will reduce youth access to ni****ne-containing products by creating a statewide To***co Retail License (TRL) program 🙏🏽

SB 587 will protect the health of children by keeping ci******es out of their hands.
