Lost 5 lbs with parathyroidism AND osteoporosis.

Yep. Let that sink in for a second.

Because this isn’t one of those “everything lined up perfectly” stories.

This is real life. Real diagnoses. Real uncertainty. And real progress anyway.

Stacey is retired, has been married for 26.5 years (which honestly deserves a round of applause 👏), has two grown kids, loves to read, travel, spend time with family… and she still shows up for her workouts even when life throws unexpected twists her way.

🥂Flaxseed Citrus Elixir Recipe

You’ll need:
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

- Sparkling water
- Ice

How to make it:
- In a glass, mix the ground flaxseed with the orange and lemon juice.
- Stir in the cinnamon.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
- Stir well and enjoy.

✨ From 143 lbs to 135 and finishing Phase 1 like an absolute champ: Meet Lisa! ✨

Let me ask you something real quick...

How many times have you thought, “I just can’t focus on this right now. There’s too much going on.”

Lisa could’ve said that too.

And honestly, no one would’ve blamed her.

If calorie counting still worked, you wouldn’t be reading this

Let me tell you about Monica.

We all have that one thing in the closet we’ve stopped trying on.

For Rachel, it was her winter coat.

It was cold. The kind of weather where even stepping outside feels like an accomplishment.

She slipped her arms into that coat, fully expecting the familiar tightness…

But then, it zipped.

Easily.

You know those moments when you just need something sweet — something chocolatey, rich, and comforting — but you don’t want to feel like you’ve just eaten a brick of sugar?

That’s exactly how this mousse came to life.

It’s creamy, luscious, and full of good-for-you fats (thank you, avocado 🥑).

Each spoonful feels like dessert therapy — silky, smooth, and deeply chocolatey — without the crash or guilt.

If you’ve ever stood in your kitchen craving dessert but wishing it could somehow also be nourishing, this one’s for you.

Ingredients (makes 3 servings)
- 1 large ripe avocado, halved, peeled, and pitted
- ¼ cup (25 g) raw cacao powder
- ¼ cup (55 g) coconut oil, melted
- 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: berries, pomegranate arils, chopped walnuts or almonds, shredded coconut, raw cacao nibs, or coconut cream

Instructions
- Add the avocado to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the cacao powder and blend again.
- Pour in the coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla, and blend until thick and pudding-like.
- Spoon into small bowls and chill for 1–2 hours.
- Top with your favorite add-ons and enjoy this rich, feel-good treat.

😋 If you somehow have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days!
