Lost 5 lbs with parathyroidism AND osteoporosis.
Yep. Let that sink in for a second.
Because this isn’t one of those “everything lined up perfectly” stories.
This is real life. Real diagnoses. Real uncertainty. And real progress anyway.
Stacey is retired, has been married for 26.5 years (which honestly deserves a round of applause 👏), has two grown kids, loves to read, travel, spend time with family… and she still shows up for her workouts even when life throws unexpected twists her way.
And here’s the part that matters most:
Stacey just found out she’ll need an upcoming outpatient surgery for her parathyroid but instead of spiraling, quitting, or waiting for “after,” she’s staying grounded and continuing to take care of herself.
That takes courage. And strength. 💪
Her goals were simple, powerful, and intentional:
✔ Reduce fat
✔ Increase strength
✔ Build muscle mass
✔ Improve eating habits
✔ Strengthen her mindset
And she’s already proving to herself what’s possible.
✅ Five pounds down.
✅ Stronger in the gym.
✅ More confident with food.
✅ And no longer letting her diagnoses write the story for her body.
If you’ve ever felt like your health history meant you had to play small, be extra cautious forever, or stop chasing strength
Stacey’s journey is your reminder that you still get to get strong.
This is exactly why we do things differently inside the Fit40+ Fit & Fierce Formula™.
No extremes. No burnout. No “push harder no matter what.”
Just a smart, supportive plan that adapts to your body, your health, and your season of life.
And if you’re thinking, “I want that kind of clarity and confidence too,” that’s what our Power Plan Call is for.
It’s a short, no-pressure call where we look at your movement, nutrition, stress, and mindset so you walk away with a clear plan you can actually follow — not another set of rules to fail at.
You don’t need to wait until after the next diagnosis, birthday, or life event to start taking care of yourself.
Stacey, we are so incredibly proud of you. 💖
Let’s celebrate her in the comments and send her some love as she keeps moving forward. 💪❤️
