Krista began her career in the nursing field, where she developed a deep understanding of the human body and a passion for caring for others. In 2025, she expanded her path in wellness by becoming a licensed massage therapist and certified assisted stretch specialist.

With her combined experience in healthcare and bodywork, Krista offers a thoughtful, therapeutic approach that supports pain relief, increased mobility, and deep relaxation. She specializes in blending massage and stretching techniques to help clients feel more balanced, flexible, and at ease in their bodies.
