🎉 Fun day at Papaya Primary Care — we welcomed our student, Brie, and jumped right into hands-on diabetes teaching tools!

From CGM sensors to inhaled insulin (Afrezza) to not one, but TWO types of emergency glucagon, Brie got the crash course under “mock pressure” to prepare and administer glucagon she’d never seen before.

💡 The big takeaway? Glucagon can save a life during a low blood sugar emergency — but only if the people around you know how to use it. Whether it’s Baqsimi’s simple nasal spray or the older mix-and-inject version, it’s so important to show your friends, family, or coworkers how these tools work before they’re needed.

Diabetes management is serious — but learning about it doesn’t have to be boring. 😉
