I am like most of my clients. I despise working out most days and I really do enjoy eating like an as***le. Sleep is an issue sometimes, screen time is an issue sometimes, stress is an issue sometimes, oh, and I like to eat like an as***le.
I’m not one of them trainers/coaches that beat the s**t out of myself or my clients for results. My personal goal right now is to move pain free and be able to lift moderately heavy things.
Today I planned a whole body workout that would have took 1 to 1 1/2 hours I got into my first set and decided today wasn’t the day. However, I was already out here so I took about 20 minutes to practice a loaded Turkish get up. That’s it.
Fitness has to fit our lifestyle. Not the other way around.
