On Tuesday, March 10th, we will be open from 8:30am until 5:45pm.
Dr. Chandler will be out of the office on Thursday, March 12th.

What if more specificity, discipline, and accountability isn't the answer?
Instead of brainstorming your goals for the year, or things you want to improve about yourself, make two lists: (1) your top five values and (2) five things you enjoy.
