All muffins are made with no sugar added, sourdough, and as much local ingredients as possible.

I am not making any for 2 months. So please stock up and freeze them.

I’ve been struggling with my health but this week I’m feeling good, and creative!

All muffins have sourdough that’s been fermenting for 100+ years, local farm fresh eggs, and only the cleanest protein and ingredients.

With the new change in the recipe by adding in sourdough these muffins are fluffier and have the added health benefits from a 200+ year old sourdough starter.

We are only making them every two weeks.

You can always throw them in the freezer and warm them up when you’re ready to ensure freshness!

It’s been a long time but we have muffins this week 🎉

And with a special twist! We have changed the recipe to add a 230+ year old sourdough. Aiding gut health AND making these bad boys 10x fluffier than they already are.
