More about Taylor… ♥️
My yoga journey began over 16 years ago. Though my practice has waxed and waned, it has always felt like coming home each time I step onto the mat. I first discovered Yin in 2023 after taking a class with my mom and it changed my life. For the first time in my adult life, I found peace through stillness.
Having been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder at 14 and ADHD at 24, I’ve spent much of my life exploring practices that bring me peace and ease of mind. Yin yoga offered the first deep, lasting relief that extended beyond the mat. It has held me through grief, joy, and everything in between. From that first class, I felt called to share this practice with others. Completing both my 200-hour YTT and 50-hour Yin training through Parallel 45 was deeply transformative, and it’s an honor to now teach in the same space that nurtured my growth.
In my classes, I aim to create a welcoming space where students can slow down, connect inward, and simply be. Off the mat, I’m an Art Director and Graphic Designer, snake mom to a 15-year-old ball python named Penelope, and a lover of nature, music, and community. You’ll often find me making art, thrifting, reading, or savoring a good cup of coffee.
