Congratulations to Notasha Brown, CNA on 3 Medical, for being our BRAVO! Employee of the Quarter. This is what her nominator said about her: "I wanted to share a recent encounter that I had with Natosha while she was working on 3 medical. I had the opportunity to bring a new swing bed patient and a guest up to the 3rd floor. When we arrived on floor (not even 1 minute after I called to let them know we were coming) we were greeted by Natosha, she greeted the patient first and spoke to her as if she had known her for years! She was extremely friendly, got her right into bed, was kind to me and the driver from the other facility and I instantly thought “if I have a family member here, I would want her to take care of us”. This was my first time meeting Natosha, it wasn’t until after I left the room and asked someone who she was did I realize she was the same Tosha that I had heard so many good things about. That encounter is EXACTLY what compassionate care looks like!"

Thank you Natosha for all you do – it is appreciated.
