Johanna Eckhardt (Medical Laboratory Scientist) strives to ensure all of our patients are treated with respect and dignity. She has been instrumental in addressing our social drivers of health needs for our patients. Johanna ensures our Food Farmacy is stocked and food supplies area available for our employees and patients. Johanna does an amazing job honoring our service members including the "missing man" table in the front lobby. She has also led our charge of preferred name campaign. Our Excellence a Way of Life Team would not be as success as it is without her leadership. Her efforts encapsulate our mission and values as well as our standards of performance. This Veterans Day, SBL FCH encourages you to take a moment to honor the brave men and women who have served in the armed forces to protect our freedoms and way of life. We want to take this opportunity to show our deep appreciation for their service and sacrifice.

In addition to their military service, we recognize the incredible value that veterans bring to the workplace, such as their outstanding leadership, resilience, discipline and commitment. These qualities are particularly valuable in a healthcare setting, where teamwork, strength and integrity are paramount to patient care.

We are immensely grateful and honored to have these heroes as part of our team.
