Hello everyone, this weather and Flu season has not been many people's friends. Sorry had to take last weekend off due to Flu hitting our house. This weekend back to health and ready for some fun classes.

Still have some spots open this Saturday for
mom & me yoga
Kids only yoga

Sunday:
Fun Disaster Island Lego play game of building then test your survival building skills.
This should be very fun. $10 per kid parent welcome to come.
Will be having more table style and chair sitting for this fun adventure.

If you can't make this week will host another Disaster Island adventure again soon.

Classes offered:

Mom & Me Yoga session: This class is focused on learning yoga sequences and partner yoga moves. This class is more traditional based yoga practice. This class is good for children and adults that are use to some yoga moves and want to work on learning Sun Salutation sequence and partner yoga.

Kids & Mom Yoga and Dance Party: This class will focus on learning basic yoga moves and having fun dancing and beginner Partner yoga. This class is geared towards kids 3 and up. Fun for the family. Have crazy fun doing yoga moves, dancing and laughing.

Kids Only Yoga & games: This class is Kids only. Kids will learn some 2 step sequence yoga moves while also playing fun games like musical yoga, Floor is lava yoga and many more fun games. Good for ages 5 to 8.

Mom only Yoga: Come enjoy some self-care time with mom only yoga. This class is focus on relaxing and gentle stretching.

Brick build and take home: Come build and take home Build. Each month will have different build.

Kids & Mom Art Class: Come join for some fun art classes while listening to relaxing yoga music. All ages welcomed
