Krewe Vandalia threw a grand Madri Gras Party with a parade. We had special guest judges from Transitions Hospice and HSHS Hospice. Kyle won 1st in parade with Kay as runner up. We enjoyed Virgin Hurricanes and Kings Cake. Rickie and Ginger found the baby and will enjoy a year of good luck and blessings. Thank you all who helped make this such a success.

Congratulations!
Jack is one of our awesome cooks at Vandalia Healthcare & Senior Living! He is always right there when you need him, he is always coming into work when we ask no matter what and no questions asked he’s there! When we got all of that snow and the roads were not good, Jack went out of his way and picked up our employees to take them to work so our residents could get the care they deserve! As of all this is well deserved! Thank you for being a part of our team!

Our staff at Vandalia Health Care and Senior Living support each other in our day to day. Our Social Service person will come out at meals to help pass trays or assist on the floor. Our administrative nurses will come in at all hours to help on the floor. Thank you Xnna for your recognition of Julie’s acts of going above and beyond and thank you Julie for stepping up as a charge nurse that leads by example. Residents voted on their meal of the month: bacon cheeseburger, onion rings/fries, coleslaw and chocolate shakes. Great job Missy Marley - Dietary Manager, Misty McNeely - Cook and Kayla Ambuehl - Dietary Aide. Our residents are so blessed by all of you!!! 💕
