Practice this on a regular basis…I generally say, “i call all of me, back to me.” All the parts ive rejected. All the parts i dont like, or am disappointed in, or think is too much or not enough. The parts of me that i deserted, because at that moment i had to in order to cope. This is an extremely healing practice for self love and acceptance, wholeness, authenticity, mental health, stepping into your power, being your best self!
