M&M Energy Bites

I wanted to make a sweet treat for me and the kids, so I whipped up a batch of these energy bites! I used Christmas-colored mini M&Ms (found them at Walmart!) to add a festive touch. If M&Ms aren’t your thing, feel free to skip them or swap with your favorite add-in. Customize however you like!

Recipe (Yields 24 servings):

1 cup quick oats
½ cup mini M&Ms
½ cup vegan vanilla protein powder
½ cup creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into 24 balls. Enjoy!

You can always tell when someone’s on a diet by how aggressively they scrape their yogurt cup… 😂

That used to be me. I was what you’d call a Weight Watchers warrior — on and off the program for 12 years. I got really good at losing and gaining the same 25 pounds over and over again.

PSA: Not everyone eating high protein is tracking macros. There’s more than one way to do it.

This one’s my Apple Crisp Wonder Whip

I just mix one serving of plain Greek yogurt with a scoop of vanilla protein powder and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Then I top it with a little bit of 21 Day Fix Apple Crisp (you can Google it or ChatGPT it if you want that recipe 😉).

Honestly I’d eat this for breakfast any day. High protein, some fiber, super filling
