Maine Blueberry Wonder Whip Recipe 🫐

Looking for a sweet, protein-packed treat that tastes like blueberry pie? This Maine Blueberry Wonder Whip is the perfect mix of creamy and fruity, and it’s super easy to make!

Ingredients:

32 oz plain Greek yogurt
5 scoops vanilla protein powder
(I use vanilla Shakeology, zero added sugar ask me for my discount code)
Wyman’s frozen blueberries OR canned wild Maine blueberries (my fave but hard to find!)

Mix the yogurt and protein powder until smooth. Separate into 5 servings. Top with your fresh or canned blueberries. Wyman’s wild Maine blueberries are a must for that delicious, authentic flavor!

šŸ’” Tip: A common mistake people make when increasing their protein is forgetting to add in fiber. That’s why the protein powder I use is not only high in protein, loaded with superfoods, but also high in fiber—helping you stay full longer and keeping your digestion on track!

Want to try the vanilla protein I use? DM me the word SAMPLES for a link for some samples! šŸ™Œ Tis’ the season to treat yourself so might was make it something that’s actually productive for your health.

PSA: Not everyone eating high protein is tracking macros. There’s more than one way to do it.

This one’s my Apple Crisp Wonder Whip

I just mix one serving of plain Greek yogurt with a scoop of vanilla protein powder and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Then I top it with a little bit of 21 Day Fix Apple Crisp (you can Google it or ChatGPT it if you want that recipe šŸ˜‰).

Honestly I’d eat this for breakfast any day. High protein, some fiber, super filling

Blueberry Cheesecake Wonder Whip

High protein. 376 calories. 45g of protein.
Don’t ask me about the sugar… I don’t track it and I truly don’t care šŸ˜‚

Here’s how I made a BIG batch:

• 11 servings plain Greek yogurt (check your container for what counts as a serving… that’s how you measure it out)
• 11 scoops vanilla protein powder
• 1 box sugar-free cheesecake Jello mix

Mix those three together until smooth and creamy.

Then… I broke up one biscotti cookie and shoved it right into the mixture

Top it with:

• Blueberry pie filling (or make your own… or use fresh blueberries)
• A dollop of Cool Whip
• A little sprinkle of crushed biscotti on top

Single serving version:

• ¾ cup yogurt
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1 biscotti cookie, broken into the filling
• Top with blueberry pie filling (however much your heart desires)
• Finish with a dollop of Cool Whip

Enjoy! Taste best if you let it sit over night in the fridge so that the cookies get soft in the pudding mix šŸ˜‹

This is one of my favorite family recipes. We’ve been making them almost every year.

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Cook time: 15 minutes

High protein banana cream pie šŸŒ

This is one of my favorite easy meal prep desserts that is packed with protein. You can make it in bulk for the week or just one at a time.

Here’s how:

Big batch (makes 7):

large 40 oz tub plain Greek yogurt (7 servings)
7 scoops vanilla protein powder
box sugar-free banana pudding mix

Mix together, then divide into 7 containers. Add a layer of crackers of choice (I use Earth’s Best ABC crackers, but graham crackers, Teddy Grahams, etc. work great). Top with the pudding mixture and refrigerate. When you’re ready to eat, slice a banana on top. Keeps 5–7 days in the fridge.

Single serving:

1 serving plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 1 tsp sugar-free banana pudding mix

Mix together and layer with your cracker base + sliced banana when ready to eat.

āŒ FAQ…No, I don’t freeze these! Fat-free yogurt turns icy and gross when frozen. Stick with the fridge for best results.

Enjoy!

Oreo Cheesecake Wonder Whip šŸŖšŸ’Ŗ High protein and insanely easy to make! Literally rolled out of bed and made a big batch for the week

Here’s how to make 1 serving (but let’s be honest… I always 10x it)

🄣 1 scoop Isopure Cookies & Cream protein powder
🄣 1 serving plain Greek yogurt (about ¾ cup)
🄣 1 tsp sugar-free Jell-O pudding mix

Mix it all together, scoop into your container, and top with ½ a crushed Oreo (or fake Oreo if you’re cheap like me šŸ˜‚).

This was my first time trying the Isopure protein powder, and it was so smooth not chalky at all. Perfect for this recipe!

Type ISOPURE if you want the link šŸ‘‡

Ingredient No Bake Lemon Pie! šŸ‹

If you scroll back a few posts on my feed, you’ll see the original recipe used crushed Kodiak graham crackers but apparently, they’ve been discontinued! I found them at a discount store called LOOT, but here’s a variation without them.

Each serving has 40g protein and 309 calories, and it couldn’t be easier to make:

šŸ’› 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
šŸ’› 1 scoop vanilla milkshake Quest protein (or any vanilla protein powder)
šŸ’› 1/4 cup lemon pie filling(just spoon it on top!)

Mix the yogurt and protein powder, top with the lemon pie filling. Our family is obsessed with these….we love all things lemon! šŸ‹

I made a high protein strawberry cheesecake ā€œice creamā€ for my husband’s birthday because he’s not really into cake… and this is what he wanted instead.

I don’t have a Ninja Creami, so I’m just working with what I’ve got

Here’s what I used:

• 32 oz plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
• 32 oz cottage cheese (full fat… blend this first so it’s smooth)
• 3 scoops vanilla protein powder (any kind works)
• 1 box sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
• 1 tbsp maple syrup

Mix that all together…that’s your base.

Then layer it

Half the mixture → crushed biscotti cookies + sliced strawberries → rest of the mixture → more biscotti + strawberries on top.

Freeze it, then let it sit out 5–10 minutes before serving… it scoops way easier and tastes a lot creamier.

Quick tip… I use full fat because fat free tends to get icy. If you’ve got a Ninja Creami you can tweak things more but this works really well as is.
