Your attachment style isn’t just showing up in your relationships—it might be showing up in your business, too.

Ever find yourself overthinking client interactions, hesitating to raise your prices, or avoiding marketing because it feels too vulnerable or “too much”?
That’s not a business problem. That’s often a nervous system pattern rooted in attachment.

Your attachment style is formed from past experiences—especially early ones—and it shapes how safe or unsafe it feels to be seen, ask for what you want, or handle rejection.
It doesn’t mean you’re broken or “not cut out for this.” It means your inner wiring just needs a little updating.

💭 Anxious attachment? You might:

Worry constantly if clients are happy with you

Feel devastated by a no-show or negative review

Struggle to set boundaries or say no to discount requests

💭 Avoidant attachment? You might:

Keep your audience at arm’s length

Procrastinate on marketing because it feels “too much”

Avoid following up with clients because it feels intrusive

I've been seeing a lot of posts where Estis are saying they are slow, wondering if others are and what kind of promo they could run to boost sales.

While a promo could increase sales it also has the potential to devalue your work and your normal pricing.

Plus, the risk is that it might not bring in much new business, or the business it does bring might not be top-quality long-term clients (unless you have impeccable client retention)

I'd like to offer two other suggestions:

A long-game way to use the downtime is to Network. Invite local business owners who have influence or are connected to your ideal clients to experience a service with you. That one free service could end up equalling THOUSANDS in referrals.

Or if you like to get social - host a "let's support each other event" for local businesses. Invite businesses to come and share what kind of support they could use and how they can support others. You're like a business bestie a matchmaker 🥰

Now that you have them focused on supporting each other, give them a tour of your space and tell them how they can support you.

There are so many other creative ways to boost sales short AND long term.

Are you ready for Emotional Freedom? To Live Without Limitations by releasing all that holds you back?

It is nice to say I could help just about anyone. And while that may be true the reality is there is an unexplained dynamic between certain people that just make it extra special working together and there is a trend - the individuals who have had the most significant transformations have been and continue to be the overly self critical type, suffering from anxiety, lacking in confidence, clarity and direction - so much so they have felt completely lost or empty. Most of these individuals have experienced trauma in their life and have never really had a safe space to share ALL of their thoughts and feelings without the fear of being judged or critisized. Examples of trauma could be abandonment, failure in business and or relationships (they usually show up together), the victim of infidelity, sexual abuse and one that many do not consider a trauma - lack of self worth, which blurs boundaries and allows one to live in a way that does not feel comfortable or respectful.

The environment that is created during our sessions is so open, transparent and supportive it makes it easy to open up and feel more comfortable to share without any fear of being judged. My most transformational clients are intellectual curious, open minded and humble. They are comfortable with being challenged (with love and support) and they are willing to try things that may, at first, feel silly because ultimately, they have a desire to experience life differently than they have been and they are ready to do what it takes to get there.

I am so grateful to have been able to create a career indulging in my passions! The best part is that by sharing them, I am helping others find what makes them feel more complete, fulfilled and excited about life!
