Feeling incredibly honored and grateful!

I’m so excited to share that I was featured in Voyage Tampa, where I had the chance to talk about my journey, my passion for helping others, and the amazing community we’ve built together here at Munique Fitness in Venice.

None of this would be possible without my incredible team, YOU - our amazing members who have truly become family, and everyone who continues to support this dream of mine.

This community is more than just a fitness studio, it’s a place where we lift each other up, inside and outside the gym. Thank you for being part of this journey with me!

We’re Running the Turkey Trot for The Twig!

You voted and it’s official! The Munique Fitness Crew is doing the Turkey Trot for The Twig 5K this year!

This amazing local event supports The Twig Cares, a nonprofit that helps children in the foster care system and we can’t wait to move for such a meaningful cause!

Whether you want to walk or run, this is your chance to finish the year strong, have fun with your Munique Fitness family, and maybe even bring your own family along (just make sure they register too).

Let’s Finish the Year Strong Together

We’re putting together a Munique Fitness Crew to run a local 5K race before the end of the year!

Whether you’re a runner, a walker, or just up for a new challenge, this is your chance to set a goal, move with purpose, and have some fun as a team.

We’ve got a few race options and dates in mind, but want to hear from YOU before we pick our official event! Once we decide, we’ll create a Munique Fitness group so we can all sign up together.

✨ BONUS: You’ll also get to vote on what to wear. A Munique Fitness race T-shirt or tank top (We’ll design and provide them for race day!).
