I humbly ask all for a moment. I haven't posted publicly for a while because I have been busy being a mama. But I feel this is important.

The results of this US election is a symptom. It is a symptom of a greater dis-ease. We know this.

We are angry, we are fearful. We are sad. I hear you, I hear me, I hear all the echoes across the globe.

Without spewing forth any more hate or indulging in more fear, please take a moment, sit with yourself, do your own work, process, and begin to show up with words and sentiments of unity rather than disgust. If social media is your thing, use it wisely. Use it intentionally. Use it to tear down walls rather than build more walls. Use it to rally love rather than fear and more anger.

Again, what we are seeing is a SYMPTOM of something much bigger.

We are being blessed with an opportunity to see what work still needs to be done, where we need to focus our energies and what work we still need to do on ourselves. This is the silver-lining. The world doesn't need more divide. Unity begins here. It begins now. It begins with you.

Is it hard? F* yes! That's why we PRACTICE.

WE ARE BEING GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO PRACTICE WHAT WE PREACH.

Change your rhetoric. Be the change. Lead with Grace, Elegance and Love. We can do this.

Wow, it's been so long since I have shared on this page. I struggle with keeping my fan page active because social media takes a lot of time...and these days, my time is so precious and I don't have much of it. I haven't shared publicly on this page that I was pregnant...and welcomed my baby boy into this world back in January. He is now six months - six months?! While time is still slipping through my fingers, I'm going to make a better effort of posting, at least once a week to try and stay in better touch. For now, I just want to share with you all that I'm teaching at Inhale Venice: Yoga Art Culture with an amazing collective of teachers, many of whom migrated over from our old Exhale home. Same time as my old schedule on Tuesdays and Thursday's at 7am to 8:30am. Lots of familiar faces and certainly a sweet morning flow to start our day.
