Fire Pride Project

Fire Pride Project The Fire Pride Project began in 2007 at Firehouse 14 in Tucson, AZ. Now based in Pasadena, CA, it continues that mission today.

Started by a firefighter for firefighters, it grew into a way to build pride in departments and stations.

Tony is a friend of mine going all the way back to grade school. His brother was also a firefighter, so he’s always had a close connection to the fire service.

Tony has been in the water filtration business for more than two decades and truly knows his craft. Recently he decided to part ways and start his own company, , bringing his years of experience directly to the community.

He’s generously extended a discounted offer to first responders, which I thought was worth sharing with the fire family and anyone who might benefit.

If you’re looking into water filtration for your home, feel free to reach out to him or check out . *** Tell him Mike from sent you! ***

Please join us on February 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the San Fernando Moose, for a night of live country music by , as we raise funds to support young members attending the ANF-Post 99 Fire Explorer Academy.

Our goal is to sponsor three explorers attending the Post 99 Wildland Firefighter Explorer Academy. Explorers who successfully complete the academy become certified Wildland  Firefighter II, giving them the opportunity to apply for positions with the United States Forest Service or other fire agencies as FFII.

This program is how my journey in the fire service began. Today, with my wife’s help, we are honored to give back—creating opportunities and leaving things better than we found them.

Thoughts?? 🚔 Florida’s New 25-Foot Rule: What You Need to Know
Florida’s “Halo Law” is officially live. If you see first responders in action, you need to back up or risk backing yourself into a jail cell.
Here’s the breakdown of the new boundary:
The Magic Number: Stay at least 25 feet away from police, fire, or EMS while they’re working.
The Warning: Officers must give you a verbal “move back” command first. If you don’t listen, the gloves come off.
The Intent: This law targets anyone approaching with the intent to harass, threaten, or get in the way of emergency duties.
The Coverage: This applies to cops, firefighters, paramedics, and even probation officers.
⚠️ The Cost of Getting Too Close
Ignoring a warning isn’t just a “my bad”—it’s a second-degree misdemeanor. You’re looking at:
60 days in county jail.
$500 fine (plus court costs).
Evidence Seizure: Your phone or camera can be taken as evidence if used during the violation.
Bottom line: Support our heroes by giving them the space they need to save lives. 🛡️✨

****PRE-Sale Link in BIO****

This limited-edition Eaton Fire Challenge Coin is a 3-inch, solid metal coin crafted with a high-detail 3D relief and finished in an antique gold patina that highlights every contour and inscription. Designed to commemorate the Eaton Fire and honor the firefighters, agencies, and communities that answered the call, the coin features deep-etched artwork, bold raised lettering, and a substantial weight that reflects its significance. This is not just a collectible, but a permanent keepsake meant to be displayed, carried, and passed down.

In alignment with values, the release of this coin was intentionally held until the one-year anniversary of the Eaton Fire. This decision was made out of respect for the community, the families affected, and the lasting impact of the incident. Time was allowed for reflection and healing before creating a tribute meant to honor the event. This coin stands as a thoughtful memorial, created with purpose, integrity, and respect for all who were part of the Eaton Fire.
