As I am settling into the energies of the Winter Solstice and coming into the New Year. My heart is full of gratitude. I started off with the indigenous wisdom of the jungle that brought in a massive wave of healing, introspection, and expansion. I gained new brothers and sisters that not only light me up but are lighting up the world. AND my clients- we had an epic 2023. Thank you! It is not easy doing the work. It is such an honor to guide and witness the powerful transformations. You just cannot make this stuff up. It warms my heart and blows my mind at the same time. So much love to the community~ I look forward to more gatherings with lots of belly laughs, ceremony, ritual, and blessings!

On New Year’s Day I sat outside and watched the bees buzzing and pollinating. The exchange that is shared amongst us led me to my word for this year. Symbiosis~ as an invitation to look deep into the roles that are played with the cosmos, the earth, my relatives (plants, animals, people). Bringing in an awareness of where to direct my attention, allowing nature to guide and bridge the gaps. It is with a great knowing that we are in a time of remembering that is continuing to awaken our higher wisdom. It is time to come back to the ways of right relations and respecting the sacredness of all life. I look forward to inviting you in to all of the goodness that is unfolding for this 2024. Eagle 🦅 came to me in meditation with a beautiful vision of unity, peace, and harmony. The vision that many of us hold onto each day, if not in every moment. As we continue the journey to healing wounds and reconnecting with our roots, remember the profound wisdom that resides within us all. Remember our souls are intrinsically intertwined with the earth and all living beings. It is in this harmonious connection, we rediscover our sacredness.

Let us remember that we are part of a greater whole, a sacred hoop that binds us all. As we walk from every direction, converging towards love and compassion, we bring back the wisdom of our ancestors and offer it as a gift to future generations.

Indigenous people’s day is a time for remembering & honoring. As an indigenous woman who has spent many years around the sacred fire listening to the elders speak. It is with a great knowing & understanding of what has been lost. And I see & feel personally the struggles to bring us back into right relation. Since I can remember, my elders would teach us to listen. Not with our eyes or our minds but to listen with our hearts. That is the moment you will hear the voice of Mother Earth, the songs of the birds, the songs of the ocean, the wind blowing & the sacred fire crackle. You will hear the sound of the drum bringing you back into the center of your heart- where creation starts. You will hear the indigenous wisdom reminding us to come back to nature, come back to the way that is in the knowing that we are all connected. 🦅🌿✨

The beautiful you. The beautiful ideas you have. The beautiful ways that you show up each day. It matters! When we start to feel overwhelmed or experience thoughts or questions about why we are here. I invite you to remember. Take a deep inhale and exhale, feel the Earth below your feet, feel the sky above opening the gateway to the universe of possibility. Remember the power that you hold within. Imagine the sound of the drum beating, walking each foot step to the rhythm, feeling it connect with your heart. Breathe with this. Imagine every cell in your body waking up, igniting the passions that fuel your purpose. See your way. When you ask me to share about my time in Big Bear with the elders. This is what comes through. We prayed to Mother Earth, for our ancestors, for those that walk beside us and for the future. We listened, cleansed, prayed, and danced in ceremony together. Whether you were there or not you still have the opportunity, to pray, listen, cleanse, dance. Create your own sacred ceremony to honor what you want to see within and around you. We are the good way, the good work, the vibration of love for all our relations. Aho! Mitakuye Oyasin 🦅

I remember my first PowWow. I remember feeling the dance, the sounds of the drums and songs. They were not something I learned but I knew was a part of me. I was adopted as a baby and on my adoption papers it stated that I was of the Lakota Nation. My adopted family made sure that I connected with the ways of the Lakota very early on. I spent many years around the sacred fire. This is where I learned to listen to my Native American elders' teachings, to listen to my ancestors, and developed a knowing to trust the Great Spirit. Even with this I was encouraged to do a DNA test. The results came back as thirty percent indigenous unknown. Regardless of this result, I came back to the knowing. I felt my ancestors in my blood. The ways of the red road, for all my relations always felt like it was a part of me and who I am.

This past year right before my dad’s health declined, I was connected with my biological family. I learned that I am not Lakota but of the Anishinaabe Nation on my Great Grandmother's side. My uncle who has passed was a practicing Shaman. While there are still many voids in my story, I have always held a deep knowing of the roots that I plant with Mother Earth, the indigenous ways of the Medicine that I bring to my practice and to the world is all connected to my ancestors, my teachers, and wisdom keepers.

Several years ago I received a Native American blessing to embody the ways of the Medicine Woman. Today, it is with much gratitude that I honor my truth;

✨I am an indigenous Anishinaabe Medicine Woman, attuned to the ways of the Lakota. ✨

It is an honor to bring forth my sacred gifts, to guide, and to teach. 🌿🌈🪶

How tall do the seeds you plant grow. As I spent time in the forest I was reminded that we are limitless. I remembered many times that my dreams went beyond. ✨
As a little girl my grandmother inspired me by telling me I would be a healer. I started in the medical field at 18, then went on to get my RN, and now have my own practice. 🌿🦋
When I was single my boyfriend asked me if I would take a trip with him to Hawai’i. I laughed and said I am returning groceries to make rent. He helped with finances, we took our first trip to Hawai’i, then married on Maui. 🌺🌈
Most recently, one of my last conversations with my dad was about planting trees in the Amazon. I traveled to Brazil sat with the Asháninka, planted trees and felt my dads spirit with me. 🐆 🌲
We are the creators. We plant the seeds. And the more we allow ourselves to dream without limits, the more we start to go beyond our dreams. We start to tap into realities that we never could imagine. You are limitless. 🧬✨

🪶One of my most difficult transitions was from healing and working through my traumas to existing from a place of knowing. At times I would sit in meditation and feel this pull to something greater but I wasn’t sure how to get there. It opened a gateway to my own Sacred Destiny. This journey brought me back to my elders, the wisdom keepers, and shamans. I listened, integrated, and realized what an honor and a blessing it is to bring forth my sacred gifts, to connect with spirit and Mother Earth. To embrace the Medicine Woman that I am. This led me to develop the Sacred Destiny offering.

🌤️We are in an amazing time of awakening, attuning & mastery. This is not just about path & purpose, this is about integrating all of your beautiful gifts and learning ways to bring them out into the world from a place of knowing, honor, and sacredness.

I’m now accepting applications for the Sacred Destiny Spring Session. Along with the 8 powerful sessions, I’m excited to share the Loana Healing app which will be full of teachings, rituals, ceremony & more!
