May is National Speech-Language-Hearing Month, a nationwide observance that began nearly 100 years ago to raise awareness about communication disorders, hearing health, and the importance of early support and intervention. Over time, the recognition expanded to celebrate the many professionals, caregivers, and advocates who help individuals engage with the world around them every day.

At AMBUCS, we know that communication, confidence, and independence all go hand in hand. This month, we celebrate the speech-language pathologists, audiologists, therapists, educators, caregivers, and families who help individuals express themselves, build relationships, and thrive.

Danville AMBUCS is hosting its first annual Art Night. April 19th from 3-5pm at the Grotto. AMBUC families and members are welcome to join, ages 5-25. Family members of AMBUCS individuals are welcome too.
We will have a canvas paint activity by Lindsey Franz from LAF Design and Art Studios as well as other small crafts. Join us for a fun, creative afternoon of art & fun activities, and time with friends! This is a free event, we only ask that you rsvp ahead so we can get a head count.
