She has immediate openings for telehealth and in-person services in Vernon Hills. She accepts BCBS PPO, Aetna, and offers a sliding scale.

📢 We're excited to announce a new group 📢

SOBER SPACE aims to cultivate greater awareness and mindfulness, empowering participants to pause, observe their present experiences, and make conscious choices in each moment. Through the practice of mindfulness and self-reflection, participants will work towards breaking free from deeply ingrained patterns of thought and behavior in the journey of sobriety.
