Hello everyone we will have our nunchuck seminar next weekend the 25th at 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The cost of the seminar is 35$ and includes your pair of nunchucks which are yours to keep. We will cover basic blocking and striking techniques with single chucks and a nunchuck Kata, as well as the history of the weapon. You must register by Monday the 20th so I have time to order enough pairs of nunchucks. Hope to see everyone there. It's going to be lots of fun and it's your first opportunity to learn a weapon.

Good morning everyone! We are looking to add some students to our beginner TAEKWONDO classes. That class meets on Mondays and Thursdays from 530 to 630.

FITNESS KICKBOXING class are going good. We have 4 spots available in our Monday night class. 1 spot available in our Wednesday night class.

This week we OFFICIALLY start our Thursday night kickboxing class. We're excited about that. Message us today and reserve your spot. All kickboxing classes are from 830 to 930 pm. Students are burning 400 to 800 calories in a hr during this workout. You can do 1 class 2 classes or 3 classes depending on your fitness needs.

Of course don't forget about our adult karate classes. This class meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 730 to 830. Please message me and we will give you all the details you need.

Hello everyone I hope you're having a great Friday. If anyone is interested in getting private lessons please let me know. It's a great way to pick up your requirements faster and can even help you move through the belt ranks a little faster then the average time. The cost is 35$ a half hour. Or you pay for 4 in advance it 100$ save you 40$ off the price. Ms Hailey and I both did private lessons with our instructor and it helped us get to black belt faster. Everyone that ordered shirts I'll have them today in class. Still have a few DTF'S left if anyone is interested in buying a TXMASD shirt. 1 orange. 2 blue, 2 black, 3 red of the smaller logo, and 4 maroon.
