🌱 Day 15 – The Invisible Work (Trusting What You Can’t Yet See)
(Theme: Growth happens long before it’s visible.)
> “Just because you can’t see progress doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. The seed grows roots before it breaks the surface.” — Joshua Medcalf
In Chop Wood, Carry Water, John feels discouraged that he isn’t seeing visible results from his efforts. His mentor reminds him that, like a seed beneath the soil, the most important growth often happens underground — unseen, quiet, and slow. Those hidden seasons of struggle, repetition, and waiting are when your foundation is being built.
The lesson:
The invisible work — the habits, healing, discipline, and self-awareness you practice daily — is preparing you for the moment when your growth becomes visible. Trust that the roots are taking hold.
💡 Reflection: You can’t rush the process; you can only stay faithful in it.
