Reminder! Our coach Amber is hosting a class tomorrow covering the Pillars of Weight Loss, health coaching, and the use of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs).

Our Nurse Practitioner, Tracy, will also be there to answer questions about weight loss medications and our weight loss program.

Recovery update 🙏

I’m currently healing from an Achilles tendon partial tear along with a complete ATFL tear. It’s been a challenging process, but I’m doing everything possible to support recovery and avoid surgery if possible.

So far I’ve had:
• PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections
• Exosome injections
• Wharton’s jelly stem cell injections
• Shockwave therapy
• BPC-157 and TB-500 (“Wolverine peptides”) tendon injections (I self inject daily)
• Limited weight-bearing in a walking boot
• Red light therapy using my Genesis Z device

We’ve also have the Genesis Prime radio frequency device for skin tightening on the face and neck, and the results have been excellent.

Grateful for the technology, treatments, and support helping me through this journey. Recovery is not linear, but progress is progress. 💪
