I’ve been working on releasing emotions like anger and working through past life issues. The painting is from a class I took last weekend - paint your emotions. I continued to process those emotions in today’s egg session. It helped calm my nerves and live in the moment 🩷💚. Amazingly subtle yet powerful shifts.
