The year has started with 3 classes

Yoga at Pinnacle Health & Fitness - It's been a year of showing up every Sunday 9:30 am.My best class with such positive energy!

Zumba with my Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin- South Central friends They show up every Tuesday at 5:00 pm online.

Yoga at Crunch Fitness Wed 7:30 pm, when you get both thumbs up ,you know it going right !

-Created a framework for hosting this event,ask if you want to host one too
- Launched mindfulness product DIY lamp kit for fundraising and successful used for holiday fundraising

THP is releasing its first mindfulness product ! This kit is created with the help of my lil one who has Down Syndrome. He loves painting these !

We have had mom's relaxing and painting together, friends talking and creating art over the last year.

These are $21 to honor Trisomy 21 ! Percentage of the profits will be donated to the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin- South Central
