The samurai asks the monk…Tell me about the beauty of the season of autumn🌟 The monk picked a flower just beginning to fade of its beauty and he said to the samurai …Autumn , like this flower , is stunning in beauty ….but what makes it so special is its impermanence…its beauty is fleeting…so we must learn to appreciate its beauty while it lasts.
So this impermenence of all things in the world of form …whether it is a flower , a season, a relationship, or our lives~what makes it so sacred, what makes it so special is that there is an end …and therefore makes its value of life and existence that much more deep and meaningful. It’s so easy to take this life for granted …so easy to take all the blessings that exist in our life for granted ….but can we wake up each and every day. , can we go to bed each and every night aware of our blessings, aware of all of our gifts that exist in our lives and therefore appreciating its immeasurable beauty. 🌟
