☀️☀️Special Imbolc menu☀️☀️

Imbolc is the celebration of the return of the sun, halfway between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. This is a time to celebrate Brigid and her promise of returning light, first signs of spring and her connection to the Earth.

Imbolc was also a celebration of surviving the winter, at times with limited resources; and honoring the hope of new harvests to come. Survival and hope ring true still today.

This menu is inspired by traditional foods and ingredients tied to Brigid, Imbolc and Celtic culture. Many items include honey from Herbal Meadows Botanicals LLC. I also have handcrafted beeswax candles you can incorporate into your rituals, ceremonies or celebrations for this time of year made with local beeswax from Mike’s Apiaries.
