We are excited to open a new chapter for our practice. Sometime this summer, we will welcome Dr. Taylor Schaar who will help me begin the transition into retirement. Dr. Schaar grew up in Victoria; his family has been here for several generations. Many of you will know his parents, Dr. Travis and Toni Schaar or his sister, Dr. Mallory Schaar. Taylor is a graduate of St. Joseph High School, Texas A&M University and the UT Health Dental School in Houston. While I will ultimately hand over your care to Dr. Schaar, I’m not going anywhere yet. I will remain to introduce him to our practice, coordinate patient care and continue to provide treatment. In fact, our whole team is staying to take care of patients, their hard work and dedication has led us to this point and I’m certain you can expect many more years of outstanding service from them. I hope you look forward to meeting Dr. Schaar and welcoming him and his family home to Victoria.
