We are currently hiring for Customer Service Specialist for our Victoria location.

Pay is dependent upon experience.
Perfect candidate would be experienced with Mecical Equipment intake, set up and service.
Medical experience is required along with experience working with insurance payers.
We are a completely paperless office and you must be technologically proficient.

We offer the best customer service in the field and expect exceptional customer service skills. Our patients are our 1st priority.

This is an in office position Monday - Friday
8:30-5:00.

We currently have two customer service positions available at our Huntsville location.

The role requires working in-store, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Responsibilities encompass all facets of retail sales of medical equipment and supplies, as well as proficiency in navigating the Brightree software system.

The ideal candidate must be capable of managing high call volumes and multitasking along with a love of meeting customers needs.

Benefits include holiday pay, PTO, 401k, and insurance.
